Older licensing model

Your SIMS Sensory Panel Software is licensed as "SIMS Designers" and "SIMS Data Collectors".

“SIMS Data Collectors” are your panelists and respondents using any PCs, laptops, tablets, ipads, booths and/or web online respondents. One way to think of a data collector user in contrast to a designer user is that a data collector user station is just that, a data collector, just collecting test data.

"SIMS Designers" means any technician/professional user who uses SIMS for various professional activities, such as setting up your SIMS ballots/questionnaires, experimental designs, test execution, start/stop tests, test polling, panelist maintenance, statistical analysis, reports, etc.

All client sites need one "Base" SIMS Designer license and one "Base" Data Collector license. Additional seats are "Concurrent" software licensing, which is more advantageous to you the client, and also the most flexible and economical. "Concurrent" means we don't care how many of your technicians or data collection PCs have SIMS Sensory Panel Software installed on their PCs, but we do care about how many need to use the application at the same time. The database keeps tabs on number of active designer users. The concurrent cost per seat license after the first base of each type is steeply discounted which allows us to focus our customer base on established Sensory and Market Research organizations.

Basic Analysis & Advanced Analysis. SIMS reports are impressive and widely popular with all of our clients. http://www.SIMS2000.com/Reports.asp Every client we have uses all/many of our built-in reports. If you really only need or want to export your SIMS Sensory Panel Software test raw data to an external program such as Microsoft Excel, then you can omit these modules. Exporting data examples are shown on the same reports examples web page mentioned.
