Can I use language accents in SIMS ballots? ie crème, mélange, rinçage .....

YES! Since you are using the USA Keyboard PC, use this trick to get in your language accent characters, some examples:
    á = Alt + 0225
    Á = Alt + 0193
    ç = Alt + 0231
    é = Alt + 0233
    è = Alt + 0232
    É = Alt + 0201
    í = Alt + 0237
    Í = Alt + 0205
    ó = Alt + 0243
    Ó = Alt + 0211
    ú = Alt + 0250
    Ú = Alt + 0218
    ñ = Alt + 0241
    Ñ = Alt + 0209
    ü = Alt + 0252
    Ü = Alt + 0220
    € = Alt + 0128 [size=9] (Euro symbol example)

Example: To input the acute a á (0225), hold down the ALT key, type 0225 on the numeric keypad, then release the ALT key.

Here's a Website showing more ALT-Key possibilities: https://studyspanish.com/typing-spanish-accents

Also try using Windows Copy-n-Paste to get your language accent text entered into your SIMS ballot easily. Copy from any browser screen, word document, etc.

SIMS sensory panel software is multilingual because you can easily create questionnaire/ballots and questions in any language you desire. Your Panelists see questions in the desired language, and the Sensory Technicians have basic knowledge of English to operate the application. Just as easy as writing this email message to you in any language...

Easily create questionnaire/ballots in any language.
    "Usted habla español?" (Spanish questionnaire)
    "Parlez-vous français?" (French questionnaire)
    "Sprechen Sie Deutsch?" (German questionnaire)
    "Você fala o português?" (Portuguese questionnaire)

Google Search "alt international characters"
