Windows 10 Prevented App From Starting
FAQ: You install and run SIMS application on Windows 10 machines perfectly fine, but you cannot install the updates (via SIMS Administration -> Check for SIMS Update). It seems like it couldn’t find the folder where it downloaded the update files.
Answer: This may be a simple one-time fix: Go to your SIMS 'Ussr Path' folder using Windows 10 File Explorer, and manually open Setup1.zip and unarchive Setup1.exe, run it. If you see this print screen select [more]. Your Windows 10 should remember in the future that you trusted this file.
