Question: can we input external raw data (such as excel format) to SIMS for data analysis?

There is no automatic function in your SIMS system for importing external collected data.

Most basic path is to create a simple ballot test in SIMS such as a nice & simple for quick data entry one-pager with your n attributes. Quick manual data entry.

Generally when we get this question, the number of external panelists is low and/or the size of the ballot is short. So we're really likely talking about a minimal manual time effort on your side of maybe under an hour to manually key in the data from your external ballots in your SIMS system.

On the oft chance you're asking about hundreds/thousands of external panelists maybe we could open a discussion of custom data importation into your SIMS system database SQL Server tables. $$

There’s a lot to the data than just the data.
