It’s nice that you can now use the Remote Desktop Icon right from your desk.
Start | Programs | Accessories | Remote Desktop Connection.
You might find it handy to copy this short cut right to your desktop.


You’ll likely have to tell Remote Desktop settings that you want to be able to save files back to your PC, such as copy/save an Excel XLS file back to your office PC.



Remote Technicians how to share your clipboard, and files. And printers too.


Only need to do this one, your PC will remember your preferences.
