Sensory Computer Systems can not be responsible for potential performance issues with your organization's virtual machine guest hosting the SQL service. Please contact your IT support staff. There are many aspects of virtualization configurations that can cause performance issues. Virtualization should work fine with proper planning, configuration, resource allocation, real-world testing and fine-tuning.

Some common VM guest SQL server issues may include:
- Insufficient memory allocated to VM guest.
- Insufficient cpu processors allocated to VM guest.
- Improper I/O configuration for virtual hard disks.
- Improper I/O configuration for virtual network cards.
- Contention with other virtualized servers on the physical host box.
- And more.
